I have for a long time been wanting to get into a regular habit of reading a book every month or so. I remember reading new books all the time while I was a student, and I feel like it’s a habit that should have carried over into adulthood. For the last three years, I have had a book list on Amazon (and partially Audible) that I kept meaning to purchase and work my way through.
What finally sparked me even more was Mark Zuckerberg’s post about his 2015 goal of reading a new book every two weeks, and I think now is as good a time as any to jump on this idea.
Here are the current books I’m working on reading between Kindle and Audible. UPDATED August 29, 2017:
Found this book from the Art of Manliness Podcast. Very good read thus far!
I’ve finished Michelle Visage’s book on Audible a number of times now, so it only makes sense to read Ru’s.
Just like how I know Conrad Hilton’s story, I’m going to read the story of the founder of the other hotel I work for.
This has been quite an eyeopener when it comes to financial intelligence. I’m being challenged by this book, which was my overall goal in reading more.
Another challenger. I call myself a social media expert but I hate the thought of being a salesman or marketer. This book has been pretty dry and difficult to get into. I’ve been trying to finish it for months at this point.
